Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your purchase! If not, here's how returns and refunds work:

1. Eligible Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
Eligible items must be:

  • Unused and in original packaging

  • Not excluded for hygiene reasons (e.g., earrings)

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, as long as they meet the criteria above.


2. Not Eligible for Return

  • Earrings (due to hygiene concerns)

  • Gift cards


3. How to Request a Return

Email support@finallybride.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send return instructions and a return address.

Return shipping is free for all eligible returns.
We’ll provide a prepaid return label for any item that meets our return criteria.


4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the return.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.


6. Damaged or Wrong Items

Email support@finallybride.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll send a replacement or refund, depending on the issue.

7. Digital Products

The Signature Wedding Planner is a digital download. No physical product will be shipped.

Because digital products are instantly accessible, they are not eligible for return or refund once downloaded or accessed.

However, we stand behind the value of this planner. If it doesn’t help you feel more confident and organized about your wedding, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Just email support@finallybride.com to request a refund.
